Intermittent Fasting

I’m not a big fan of dieting. They only work as long as you are on them. Intermittent fasting is not actually a diet but rather described as an eating pattern. It's an approach where you go a certain period of time during the day . Finding a diet that works and is effortless is challenging. To me, intermittent fasting strikes a perfect balance.

Intermittent Fasting is going on a fast for a certain amount of time each day. Then you will eat all your daily calories in a short amount of time. It’s not like many fasts or cleanses when you drink nothing but juice. You’ll eat food every day. With intermittent fasting, you give your gut a break, only eating during a small window of time each day. You can choose your window of time too.

Fasting is a practice that has been associated with a wide array of potential health benefits, including weight loss, as well as improved blood sugar control, heart health, brain function and cancer prevention
